1. Puree the cranberries in a food processor and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add the coconut oil and sugar. Stir to mix well.
3. Mix in the Vitamin E oil and essential oils and stir to distribute.
4. Transfer to an airtight glass container such as a mason jar. The scrub can be stored for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
HOW TO USE
In the shower, generously apply the cranberry sugar scrub to wet skin.
Using a buf puf, scrub your skin in a circular motion. The sugar will exfoliate your skin and the coconut oil will soften and moisturize. The cranberries contain antioxidants that have anti-aging properties. Cranberry and peppermint essential oils contain anti-inflammatory properties that help ease and soothe itchy skin conditions such as eczema.
Thoroughly rinse the scrub off with warm water and pat dry with a towel.
