Sunburn Spray with Essential Oils
If you want a quick cooling after sun spray that you can mist on your skin, this pain alleviating DIY recipe is for you.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup aloe vera juice
- ⅓ cup witch hazel
- 15 drops of lavender essential oil
- 5-6 drops peppermint oil
Supplies
- 8 oz glass spray bottle 16 oz for family size, double up recipe
- funnel
Instructions
Make:
- Use a funnel to pour the ingredients straight into the spray bottle and shake well.
To Use:
- Lightly spray your skin where there is a sunburn. Allow to dry. Re-apply as you like.
Notes
You can apply with a cotton ball if necessary but misting on is ideal.
